Client charged with DUI 3rd Offense with aggravating circumstances. After review of discovery and negotiations with prosecutor, DUI amended to Reckless Driving without a suppression hearing.
Juvenile client charged with one count of Robbery, 2nd Degree in violation of KRS 515.030, a Class C felony. Case set for trial/adjudication hearing. After long negotiations with the prosecutor leading up to trial, charge was DISMISSED with prejudice.
